The truth is out, Forza 3 graphics not so great (NO 56K)

The game looks better than the pics in this thread but Im disappointed a bit, the graphics of E3 were all lies, all lies :cry:

Turn 10 strikes twice this gen with their fake trailers.

Forza 3 debut trailer ( E3 09 ).

Forza 2 debut trailer ( E3 06 ).

I was like :shock: then I went like :(

That Forza 3 trailer was AWFUL! It was like they were making fun of the cars. The music sounded like it was meant for little girls, and the way the cars did those extremely unrealistic moves was laughable.

Why do people keep comparing gtp to fm3?

It's coming out soon enough that there is little point anymore comparing demos and old builds. If the game looks and performs the way the disappointed users on the 360 forums speak about the demo, then I certainly understand their frustration. Maybe I'll just go get NFS intead and wait out GT5. Sine I won't be able to get a new 360 til Xmas, I've got plenty of time to let the whole situation sort itself out.

To me it looked very similar to F2 at least from what I remember. Definitely not some huge improvement the way people made it out to be. Then again, Is hould prob put in F2 again and look for the differences more closely... plus I can put the driving wheel to good use again. :P

Finally, consolites are finally complaining about being fed bullshots, you guys should be angry, always being fed 1920x1200 16xAA screenshots (and in this case higher poly models) then the games run less than 720p with 2xaa and low AF but nobody ever complains or even mentions it. Guess it wont stop you guys from using the bullshots in arguments though.

and even in photomode it doesn't change res to 1920x1200 or even 1080p, doesn't have 16xaa and 16xaf.
