I am sure it'll be a quality game for those who care about games like that, but all i am seeing here is an empty open world with repetitive chores for you to do to unlock customes. Boring as fk.

Well to be fair, I’m willing to bet that Starfield will be the better looking game out of the 2. Don’t gloat over the 60fps over the xsx, the ps5 will have its share of 30fps games as well. I’m willing to be that’s what the “alleged“ production of the ps5 pro will come in to play.

The first game and Miles Morales were pretty good, im actually excited to see what else they can do.

Yep, one of the only ps games I'm hyped for. I went nearly 3 years now without a ps5,

except for that short 2 months that i caved and bought one (then sold) ...this is a record for me. I usually buy a ps 2 years after release but Sony truly has been sucking hard with ass games this gen. No uncharted, tlou2 being a hot mess

Literally only spiderman and gow doing heavy lifting, and I'm not even a fan of gow.

Let's hope wolverine turns out good, a new tlou releases when Neil drugsman isn't on crack and possibly a new uncharted. Then a ps5 might be worth buying.

I'm looking forward to both this and Starfield. It's funny that people bash a game they haven't played because it's on the competitions platform. I'm happy I don't see gaming in that light and just enjoy good games regardless of the platform it's on. Fanboys gotta fanboy though.

Insomniac is the same studio that made Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart run at 120fps on the PS5, if I recall correctly.

I like how plenty of people on here are normally "cinematic trailers are the worst!", and "give me gameplay or get f#cked", but as soon as the pretty graphics and "bwaaangh" noises start, it's all "I don't even care if you get it in my eye".

I hope it's a good game, but if they don't do something 'amazing' with the gameplay... it just looks like more been there done that.

The original is amongst my least favourite Ass Creed type games. The open world lacks depth and it's basically just geometry for you to navigate. Movement was of course excellent but also lacked any kind of challenge or depth.

Spider man was one of the better 19.99 purchases I made last Gen. Cinematic trailers don't do anything for me so this trailer is just whatever... Doesn't hype me up at all. I'd rather see more gameplay. Spider man 2 will be great on my next steam deck....probably for 19.99 😂

Day 1 for me. I had bought the Spidey PS4 Pro that came out back then. I'm getting the covers and controller for sure.

Value.... Every man places their own. To be fair that's higher end for I'm usually willing to pay. Lol. 70 dollars though is not realistic for me though. It will be a fun open world game with very familiar mechanics and heavy on cutscenes to a forgettable albeit well executed story (because insomniac is really good at what they do). The experience likely won't take the medium to new places and probably won't warrent additional playthroughs... So my crystal ball places my perceived value at mid range to low. 19.99 sounds about right.

Wish they just sell the side panels so every ps5 owner can have Spiderman consoles.

a quick look at the video above and the first hellblade made years ago will confirm spiderman 2 gets destroyed in the facial animation department,hellblade 2 takes it to another level.

Are you serious? You think Bethesda is going to make a better looking gane than Insomniac? Starfield will most likely be a great game with endless replay value but graphically it will not be in the same league as SM2.

Ninja Theory never used Insomniacs engine they used UE. Hellblade 2 will be a linear boring walking Simulator with sub par combat.

Looking at the fine details it's definitely a step above.

Looks nice, can't wait to play on PC.
