@Heil68: Aren't you gonna play it on windows 10?

American Nightmare codes are going out...just got mine, though I already own the game.
Your purchase of Quantum Break includes Alan Wake's American Nightmare for Xbox 360 (ESRB Rating: Teen with Blood, Language, Suggestive Themes, Violence).
All of this from the digital version right?

That is correct.
It is pretty sweet deal from MS, especially if for some odd reason you don't already own Alan Wake
Unfortunately many people don't own Alan Wake :(
Quantum Break Beats The Order 1886 Graphics By A Hair: Full Details
When I get to play QB on PC it will be in sweet 21:9.
And not 21:9 with black borders on a 16:9 screen, because frankly that looks ugly.
@chikenfriedrice: @jg4xchamp: Any Xbox One games you own transfers to your account over to the Windows 10 platform. It will probably be done like how Valve did with The Orange Box on consoles, so you don't own it twice. It was just tied to your Steam account just like one game is good for PC, Mac, Linux.
7/10
will be forgotten really quickly like Alan Wake and Halo 5
The only ones who forgot about Halo 5 are the gamers who don't own an XB1 and aren't playing it. lol!! I forgot about The Order 1886 and Until Dawn too. So I know how that feels.

Would be cool if they did that but apparently not:
"After you pre-order a digital copy of “Quantum Break” for Xbox One through the Xbox Store, you will receive a system message over Xbox Live that includes a 5x5 redemption code for the Windows 10 version of the game. Codes will be issued shortly after launch."

Well damn, and all this time, I thought it would transfer to your windows account. That sucks donkey balls.
That sucks!
What the heck is a 5x5 code anyway ?
Has anybody ever seen such a thing ?
it's just a 25 character code
"Xbox codes are 25 characters long, include both numbers and letters, and follow a 5x5 format – five blocks of five characters."
GameSpot - 6/10
Sadly, Quantum Break's gameplay is essentially divided equally between combat and hapless environment traversal. Given that the entire campaign can be completed in less than 10 hours--live-action episodes included--the distribution of activities feels that much more disappointing. Even if you go back and change your decisions--such as preventing a character from dying--your path essentially remains the same, albeit with a few minor elements remixed to hint at your agency over its plot.
1 point better than 5club
LOL
Remedy I hope you don't shut yourselves down after this.
This is actually Xbone's The Order 1886 it sounds like.
Lems are not going to like hearing that revelation ;)
I'm seeing a lot more 8's and 8.5's than anything else, the lower reviews seem to be the extreme, not the general consensus, at least so far.
Looking forward to it regardless.

I really enjoyed The Order, so there's that.
Some idea of game length by hands on people:
At 20-30$/€, not more !
The game lasts 6 hours max...
Act 1 + Ep 1 = 1h16
Acte 2 + Ep 2 = 1h26
Acte 3 + Ep 3= 1h03
Acte 4+ Ep 4= 1h33
The firsts 4 acts =5h18
The last one has no Episode so about 40-1h left..
IGN review (be warned though the review shows a lot of stuff in the game, so in GS words "possible spoilers inc")
QB still looks dope as *****
Remedy is a one hit wonder. Max Payne was amazing but everything they've made for M$ has been average to mediocre.
Can't say I'm surprised. Some of the gameplay clips early on looked cool, but there was always this feeling that the whole TV angle of the game was a very, very bad sign. Turns out that feeling was legitimate. Sucks for Xbox fans.

Why does it suck? As of right now it's got 30 positive reviews, 9 mixed and 1 negative. As with game reviewers we will all make up our own minds after playing it, from the review feedback more of us will like it than not.

The metacritic is already at 77 so the average review is below 8. Stop damage controlling your flop.

Not really comparable yet. Reviews seem generally positive with some mixed reviews and it's outscoring The Order almost everywhere. It's going to beat the order by at least 5%(but most likely closer to 10) on MC when all the possible reviews for this game are counted.
Xbox One's only AAAE rated game on gamespot is an outdated racing game from 2013 LMAO. Still ZERO AAAE games on metacritic as well.

That's not how averages work smart one... A few low review drags down the entire aggregate, that doesn't mean there's more of them below the threshold.
It's got 13 reviews below 80 and 27 reviews 80 and above....
@NathanDrakeSwag: How sad must your life be to actually be happy that a game gets negative reviews?! You are what's wrong with gaming. You're like a cancer. Get a life.
Anyway, like said above, the reviews are easily more positive than negative. I'm still excited!

77 and dropping bud. 6/10 on here. 2/5 on GB. It only got an 8 on 9GN lol. This is your only partial exclusive of the year besides Gears 4 and is your last hope for a new franchise not named HaloGearsForza and it's not off to a good start. What a disaster Xbox is this gen.
@dynamitecop: 77 metacritic for perhaps the most hyped XB1 exclusive this year (which isn't even really an exclusive). Yeah. That sucks.
