How is this has anything to do with System Wars?

I can understand why he's mad but it doesn't give him any reason to trash the store the way he did. He should take the problem up with Bathesda or Gamestop management. The only people that will suffer for his action now are the poor GS employees that have to clean up after what he did to the store.
His big mistake was he didn't bring a Gun into Gamestop.
Sadly, it wouldn't surprise me.
Everything I've read about this game is just straight horrible; avoiding this game. And that guy should just buy a new copy off Amazon and request a return and return the opened copy; keeping the new copy and return that back to Gamestop if not sell it as brand new; it'll net him more money than the $30 max credit they'll give on new released titles.
Oh please, if gamers stuck to destiny, no mans sky, and the division, they'll stick with this until it gets better.
Gamers are if nothing else hypocrites.

Better question, why do people believe he was really trying to return fallout 76?
"Thank you for calling Gamestop this is Brian. How can I help"
Man that guy answered that phone so cool, it's like he is used to rage like that all the time.
i thought bout doing this before, but i always chicken out.
Physical returns on pc games is near impossible to do. Its why i think people who aren't sure about a game should either pirate it or buy it on steam if they have enough bandwidth to download it fast enough to get a return for it. I think u only have 1 month though to download it, any longer and a refund is impossible. I remember buying an mmo called secret world off steam a couple years back and i couldn't download it for a few weeks because i was at my cap, and by the time i downloaded it, a month had passed and i couldn't get a refund after not liking the game, even though i only played it around an hour.
I can feel this guys frustration, he paid his hard earned money and he was ripped off. His anger really should be put towards Bethesda though.
I don't. He should do his research better, not vent his frustation to people that can't change anything about it. And wreck their store for no reason.
Probably fake for views, why was someone randomly filming the whole thing
Maybe, maybe not. Some weird stuff goes down in Gamestop. Remember when Chris Chan maced a Gamestop employee while in drag because they changed Sonic's arms?
What a dumbass, really. He was probably (most likely) expecting another FPS in CoD style but in Sci-Fi. LOL
He should have done his research before buying the stupid game to begin with. Gamestop policy is specific despite being antiquated.
@bigfootpart2: I agree to an extent. Xbox allows refunds on digital purchases if you haven’t played more than 2 hours of the purchase. And returning F76 this soon after purchase would net $35 store credit. Still, not offering a refund sucks. But it’s copying the film industry. Walk out of a movie because you don’t care for it and you won’t get a refund.
Not true. Depends on the theater, but many of them offer refunds or complimentary tickets if you complain.
Not in my life

If there is something wrong technically speaking I can see it (sound is effed up, clipping in the movie, etc). But if you just don't like the movie? Nah, I've never seen that.
And I hope that guy is charged if this video is legit.
What the hell? To lose your shit over for a couple of bucks, now if he's caught, he'll be charged with a number of things. Must be a really freaking shitty game and paid a bundle for it. Not worth jail and a criminal record.
I don't know why someone would trash a GameStop over this. But, just another episode of entitled gamers losing their shit.
You need to watch some fast food angry customer videos, and then realize entitlement is NOT exclusive to gamers.
Is the game that bad?
This guy is an idiot. Read reviews before buying games. If you cant afford the games when new dont buy them. CDs, Dvds, Blu Rays and Video Games all have the same return policies and for a long time. Again people if you cant afford the loss, dont buy the game when first released.
GameStop truly has garbage customer service.
There could be a line out the door and the cashiers would rather talk about their nerd love for anime and Pokemon for 10 mins with the customers they are ringing up with a line waiting.
Yooo!!! Coolyfett has actually seen this in the wild ha ha ha. There are just differently levels of nerdism. System Wars is filled with nerd rage all the time.
Total overreaction if true, don’t know if guy faking video for views and Cheerios?
Fallout 76 with a little more polish is a GOTY contender no doubt.
Oh, I can imagine this was a real reaction. People can lose their shit over very little things. This might not have been the only thing wrong with him that day, just the one that sent him over.

A few years of more polish, to get it out of alpha state.
More like Fallout 46, amirite?
Fallout 69
Dude probably got arrested for that. I doubt it was for Fallout 76 but most likely Gamespot's unconsumer friendly business model. Yet they are surprising great on trade in deals.
People ‘aughta lay off the guy and put themselves in his shoes. Picture this: you get your food stamps, head down to the 7-11 try to purchase Oreos, a red hotdog and a bottle of Colt 45, only to have the cashier inform you food stamps don’t cover hot meals or alcohol. Fine. “Whatever” you say and you take your Oreos and schlep down to your moms basement and pop in the new Fallout 76. “WTF iz DIZ Sheet?!” you exclaim when you realize you’re playing a game that doesn’t hand you ANYTHING. You gotta get your own money, your own food, gotta build your OWN house. Shit is wack. You’d rather have $60 to spend on red hot dogs and 40’s. So you take the game back to gamestop only to be disappointed yet again by an ice cold bucket of reality and you trash the place in a fit of rage and ENTITLEMENT!!!!!! ENTITLEMEEEEENNNNNTT!!!!!!!

I have. I've seen it many times. And I've done it a few times. It sounds like you just don't know how to complain effectively. Theater management will almost always comp you free tickets as long as you haven't sat through the whole movie.
The dude should just accept the store credit.
Since it's a new game he'll likely get $40+, maybe $47ish if he's lucky. Take the slight hit in the wallet and just take it. So you lost maybe $20, but you chose to buy this ass game without waiting for more reviews and a sale.
Very few stores are going to give a full refund on opened games. They are not a try-and-buy rental place. He should've went to RedBox or Gamefly if he wanted to play it safe.
Condoning violence how stupid, I bet you own a gun right?
In order to protract my family, I do own just 3 firearms and that's it! Not all of us in the U.S are gun crazy, we want to protract our families and ourselves.
I'm not going to get into a debate about guns as this is not the place for it, and our cultures are as far apart as 2 cultures can be, so it would be pointless anyway.
Your comment was still dumb.

LOL do you mind me asking, where doe you live?
Jesus Christ, I remember when the worst thing we'd do as a result of a game was to launch the controller into orbit or yell. Getting an arrest record though? I guess it takes all kinds!

Takes a game as bad as FO76.
Explain what is killing the game. I played New Vegas and while I put a decent amount into it, I don't think I'll pick up another FallOut.
His big mistake was he didn't bring a Gun into Gamestop.

How does owning a gun have anything to do with condoning violence? Maybe you are joking, and I can't pick up on your sarcasm, because I am certainly picking up on your ignorance if not...
After posting this, I saw you posted back to him... and of course he made one of the most cringe worthy posts I've seen in recent memory... saying he owns firearms to "protract" his family... Hell I guess if that doesn't work he can still measure some angles, and bust out his compass to draw some circles... anyways though, you are right, this isn't the place, but I only responded because your question was void of any relevance. That said, his original statement didn't make any sense, and wasn't funny in the least.
Still, my point stands. Owning firearms in no way, shape, or form condones violence in of itself.

It's a pre-alpha or early-access game. Completely missing NPCS, no story, super super buggy, ps3 graphics, character progression but nothing to do.
