None of your rationale and minimisation of the facts change the fact that xbox gained a massive share of the marketplace and a huge following while the playstation floundered and lost much of its share in the marketplace.

So basically it ends up where I said it would. By the time the PS3 catches up to the 360 it wouldn't matter at all. To make things worse it took Sony the entire generation to get to just barely sell as many units as their closest competitor.

Most importantly it shows how pathetic Sonyfanboys are to consider this anything but a colossal fail. How can anyone win a race in second place?

MS won this gen by default since 360 is the only gaming console. PS3 is a blu ray player and Wii is a toy.
