I voted AAA...there is no way I can see it getting any lower than that, it looks better than the first game in every way.

And if I remember right inFamous 1 got a 9.

I'm really unsure what it will get. I'm worried the story might not live up to the first (which I loved), but I have no doubt that the gameplay will be fun and amazing. The first game had me hooked and wanting to keep playing through to the finish. The story was awesome, just hoping they don't try too hard with this one.

If all goes right, I have no doubt it'll be a 9.0 game, but I'm still gonna guess an 8.5. Regardless it's a must buy for me.

It'll get AAA 9.0 probably. It looks like I might agree with the score this time around.

I usually play it safe but I'll hype this 9.0. I think it will be similar to Assassin's Creed. The first one got a 9.0 because it was a great new IP. Although the second one was better in every way, it got the same score because the freshness was gone. Regardless of what score it gets, the game is looking great. Can't wait to get it.

Well AC1 to AC2, the gameplay overall changed very little, and the fighting wasnt very different. In infamous 2, there are gonna be a ton of new powers and abilities to use to make the gameplay different than the first. We will have to see, but i think it will be around 9.5

i heard a lot of bad things about the original's graphics, i don't care what anyone says...this game looks great. the artstyle is fantanstic and the "griminess" of the graphics goes perfect with it. the city streets are covered with amazing detail, i just hope they keep some of that in the sequel. this cleaner, more colorful direction they're going in saddens me a bit, but i'm still confident that sucker punch will deliver like they always do.

yes, infamous does look great. awesome art style, and I to love the grittiness of it.

but, the game isn't very good graphically. no aa, and just about the worst pop up I've ever seen in a ps3 game. (then again, I don't play the horrible games that would have even worse pop up, which I'm sure exist.) but still, at the end of the day it's pretty good graphically. considering it's an open world game.

but infamous 2... :o outstanding graphics with the same great visual style? oh yeah 8)

how is it a mess? the brick buildings look great, the neon lights look vivid...i don't know, maybe it's the artstyle that has sucked me in. the draw distance leaves much to be desired, it really doesn't bother me much though. the attention to detail in this game is astounding.

TC you probably should have waited for them to annonuce if it will come with the UC3 beta...but 2 years ago infamous came with UC 2 beta so it would make sense i guess lol

the way the lightning powers interact with everything, and just the general style of it is the best looking thing in the game :)

Yeah, did this get confirmed? inFamous 2 comes out on June 7, and the beta starts a month later. The first game came with the beta. The beta would boost sales of inFamous 2 and Uncharted 3. I'd be SHOCKED if it didn't happen. Anyway, the game looks fantastic. I'm in the UGC beta and OMG, its going to be GOTY unless Uncharted 3 does to Uncharted 2, what Uncharted 2 did to Uncharted 1.

eh i love it. i agree with you about the pop in though, lol i've seen pedestrians appear then disappear right in front of me. it really doesn't bother me though.

So the beta will account for over half of infamous 2's sales.

I know why you say that, but read dead redemtion uses streaming which causes the environments to fade in as you get closer. technically it's not even pop up. infamous has a metric ton of object pop up that doesn't fade in, but is rather in your face.

infamous has some really god awful pop up.

EDIT: crysis 2 is not much better though.

So the beta will account for over half of infamous 2's sales.

I'm reallythinking this is gonna get 9.5, it looks amazing and much better than the first. Might be a GOTY contender. Really excited to play this. I won't be able to play it until later this year.

So wait, we buy the Uncharted 3 beta and get Infamous 2 as a bonus? :P

listen to kinds of creative missions that were already made up. Anticipating is at a high for this game for me. This and Uncharted 3 are really standing out now. Resistance 3 will be fun too, but it's gotta catch up now!
