Flight Simulator will be 30 fps on Series consoles

Flight simulator is much more complex and resource hungry, designed for PCs from the ground up.

What's the last hardcore simulator Sony built? Even GT7 will be designed from the ground up for the PS4 with the Jag CPUs, and ported up to the PS5.

The only problem with E3 was they showed more trailers than they talked about.

Future PS5 games being designed for the PS4 and ported up. PS games coming to the PC. But out side of the PS4 games HFW, GT7 and GOW2 what else is interesting. Then they dumbed down returnal...

On top of that, those PS4 games will cost $70 on the PS5.

Microsoft won E3. The only people saying it didn't are jelly cows, who are now looking at their console and hoping they made a good decision...

@BenjaminBanklin: Even at 1080p you need a 3090 and a very fast CPU to get a steady 60FPS. It's not worth it. Even PC gamers are fine with 30FPS in this.

Makes sense on console, they'd seriously have to cut back the visuals and draw distance to achieve 60fps on console. The game looks abysmal on lower settings, like the old Ace Combat games.

Sony has the fastest selling console of all time, has already released 8 first party titles this gen vs Microsoft's goose egg, and the recent Horizon Forbidden West State of Play drew more concurrent viewers than Microsoft's E3 presentation did.

Pretty sure they're laughing at the ESA, Microsoft and everyone involved in this skeleton event.

Still remember my friend's dad disappearing into his shed for days at a time to play a WWII flight sim at about 3fps. XD

30fps is by no means a deal-breaker for flight sims.

RedFall was a great reveal by Arkane and anyone who knows Arkhane's work should be taking interest and so with that, I'm totally on-board with RedFall because it's been so long since we had any Vampires to kill or shoot for that matter and not another generic Zombie enemies. Glad to see Vampires are back! (Not counting Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2)

You don't need a damn 3090 for 60 fps in that game. You need one to run it at higher settings. It's a CPU intensive game anyway.

You get a better experience with better graphics over high framerate in this game. 60FPS isn't really worth dropping to 1080p low for.

If that trailer is really recorded on the series X then they did a great job porting it.

I can barely get 60 frames on max settings in 1440p with my RTX 3090. Microsoft is doing wonders getting this to run at a constant 30 in 4K on consoles
