I liked the snow levels from Fur Fighters.

Two Betrayals

AOTCR

Skyrim on the mountains.

and Just Cause 2 mountains.

Metal Gear Solid 4 - Shadow Mosses /// Act 4 basically

Does ice and frost count? I loved the look of Crystasis' environments.

MGS4 is literally the only game you have ever played, isn't it?

I had always loved the Assault on the Control Room from Halo 1. I would replay that level all the time just to mess around or do whatever.

I also really dig the snowy areas in Skyrim.

How did I forget about the Phendrana Drifts. Metroid Prime's visuals blew me the hell away back then. Games don't really do that to me anymore :(

Okay so since it's almost Winter again, what are your favorite snow levels? A few of mine: Phendrana Drifts (Metroid Prime 1)Assault on the Control Room (Halo 1) Cliffhanger (MW2) Any from Uncharted 2, especially Convoy or Cat and Mouse WMD (Black Ops 1) Basically all of MGS1 Skyrim in general, especially Dawnstar and WinterholdTheDidact

Indeed.

SKyrim has the best snow environments I think. It's really immersive walking around the mountains in that game.

Theres one in Banjo Kazooie where you get transformed into a Walrus, i like that one.

Final Fantasy 7 has a snow level , and a cool snowboarding mini game.

Xenoblade has a pretty cool snow level.

The Sonic series always have the best snow levels to me. I probably replayed the Ice Cap in SA alone like a hundred times just to do the snowboarding part.

And a big "duh!" honorable mention goes to the beautiful SSX series(1 and 3 in particular).

The music an area of Paper mario(N64), Earthbound(Snes) & Tales of Destiny (PS1) snow levels was perfect.
