There might be better snow levels, but these are my most memorable:
- BR Icefields from Unreal Tournament 2003 / 2004 (dem bombing run matches with friends, DAT chilling - no pun - music)
- Noveria from Mass Effect 1 (dem memories)
- Siberian Outpost from Soldier of Fortune 1 (dat nostalgia)
- General Leang's map from general's challenge mod from C & C Generals Zero Our (dem good memories, dat supposedly immense Leang's army and base)
- Draconis 4 (Ordos homeworld) from Emperor Battle for Dune (Sci-fi + snow + some crazy electronic music? Absolutely!)
O.K. those are some snow (snow-related levels) that evoke some really heart-warming memories for me. Might have forgotten some others (will edit if I remeber something else).
Cool Cool Mountain - Super Mario 64 (DAT MUSIC :D )

I haven't really played many games that involve snow levels and the last one that I played was Bad Company 2 and that was a horrible level.
Guess I'll go with Skyrim since I have seen videos of the mountain tops and they did look really cool (no pun intended).
What it comes down to a lot of the time is how interactive the snow is to me. In AC III it was fine ploughing through thick deep snow but not seeing footprints in the shallow snow really bugged me. Something like Skyrim I modded in footprints and it added a lot of immersion but then again it didn't have that deep snow stuff. Uncharted 2 nailed both I think but it didn't have that snowy immersive feel to it so overall Skyrim wins for me. I just loved the mountains and watching snow storms kick up, where snow was part of the whole world and not just a certain level type of thing.
SM lvl in MGS4 (taken back to memory lane), Skyrim mountains were amazing, Uncharted 2 snow lvl was amazing as well.
I'm gonna use the first snow level to blow me away as a gamer...old school stuff:

I thought Twilight Princess had a terrific snow level as well. Snowpeak was great.
