EA, Battlefield 3 is a PC exclusive and it will blow you away.

This is my most anticipted game ever.

Bad Company 2 is no where near as good as BF2.

It will hold us PC gamers over to BF3 :) the real next Battlefield.

If you have played BF2 on the PC you"ll know what I mean by BC2 is not as good compared to it (imo)in all aspects but graphics.

I wouldn't be shocked if bfbc2 put up great sales BF3 would hit consoles.

But overall BF2 has more MP wise since it didn't have a SP campaign.

This needs to remain a PC exclusive has the BF# type games for PC are huge in scale and really cannot be done on consoles without some serious downgrading to play on consoles.

That is why Battlefield BC2 exist, its a spin off from the PC series.

BF vet here as well and of course BF3 is going to be amazing as will BFBC2. The only minor gripe I have with the PC BFs is that the first person to go prone in a firefight usually wins but they are all great games whether on PC or console.

I played about 5 hours of BF2 on Sunday, great times. -=SPU=-Kilborn230 is the name.

Did you play BF2 from the original release in 2005? I did... and it was loaded with bugs and issues that were constantly altered and changed in successive updates. Still was a great game, just needed far more work before being released.

I await BF3 on PC but Instashot you're overhyping yourself way too much. You're saying what the game is gonna be and yet you nor I ever seen it in action.

For all we know it could still be 64 players or even less, we have no idea if DICE can pull off such netcode yet again. One would like to HOPE though. As for exclusivity, don't hold your breath on that, I'm sure there will be a 'console version' of BF3 like there was BF2, just in a more multiplayer fasion. There are indeed a lot of technical aspects they'd have to work out for consoles though.

I heard BF3 was going to be released as a PC exclusive, and then I heard it was totally scrapped and that BFBC2 on the PC was their focus. If it's really back in production, great, but I'd like to see a link.Hahadouken

No surprises here. Exact reason why im sticking with bad company 2 on consoles, and waiting for the next real battlefield game, battlefield 3, for pc.

EA and DICE just blew me away... If this is true my faith in EA will officialy be revived after their butchering of C&C, Need for Speed and Medal of Honor.

Altough i am a old BF vet (played BF:Vietnam since 2004 and have bought all the PC releases) Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is realy the best Battlefield game i have played so far. It just seemed to have fixed all the problems plagueing BF2 (jet camping, vehicle teamkilling, empty maps, too much focus on vehicles), and with BF3 i hope that they create a combination of Battlefield 2 scale with Battlefield: Bad Company 2s action.
