@Jebus213: Danganronpa is a visual novel where students are locked into a school and are forced to play a game of death. Kill someone, get away with it, go free. Fail and you are killed yourself. The games main gameplay is investigating the crime scenes, and then going through crazy fast class trials -- that play out in real time and have you trying to figure out who did what, and what order events happened. In some ways, they're kinda like the Phoenix Wright games, just a darker version of that series. It's a pretty dark and twisted story filled with plot twists.

I thought that the first one was heavily overrated, so I predict a 6 or 7 for this one. Let's say 7.

It might score higher if the murder mysteries aren't blindingly obvious this time around. Perhaps they should take more notes from a good murder mystery series, like Phoenix Wright?

Also, the original's story and characters were nothing special either. Perhaps I was just spoiled by the Zero Escape games in that regard.

ya I got the special edition on vita preordered, really excited for it!

The demo is separate from the main game. Makoto and Hajime pretty much guide you around a case where the victim is from a past game. Its cool cause they take you through all the new characters and some of the new minigames, so you can get a sense of the new cast. Its more like a tutorial if anything and its all non canon

I'm attempting to beat Danganronpa 2 and Ultra Despair Girls before this releases, but I don't think I'll be able to. These are games I also don't want to rush through.

@princessgomez92: I would focus on 2 at least. Im not sure how much UDG will be brought up in V3, but its usually looked at as a side story.

The first two games got 8/10, so I'd predict 8/10 for V3.

Yeah, I'll focus on finishing 2 first, I just started chapter 3 last night. I'm probably not even half done the game yet. I might start Ultra Despair Girls after depending on when I finish 2. I know I'm gonna be playing lots of Danganronpa these next few weeks though and I'm pretty happy about that.
