[QUOTE="Vandalvideo"][QUOTE="Truffle-Shuffle"][QUOTE="Vandalvideo"]7900GS, 2 gigs DDR2 ram, Pentium D 945 dual core processor 3.4ghz High at a constant 45 FPS. Of course, I haven't even bought the full retail version yet. Been too busy playing other games.Truffle-Shuffle
High at 45fps with those specs? You must be running it at 800 x 600 or even lower, unless your lying.
Nope, its called tweaking, and theres absolutely nothing wrong with my specs.Well your not running everything at high then

no way 7900gs can run this game on high, my old 7900GT only got 10fps on high.
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.8 GHz
Geforce 7600GT 256MB... :( makes me very sad to type that. I've got such a nice processor but an outdated video card. *sniffle*
Oh well, I'm upgrading my card sometime this year so I can blast through all these games I got.
Just like to add that CoD4 runs like a charm with almost everything turned on(took of softened smoke edges and depth of blur), textures on high and all that, just no DX10 for me :(. Don't have Crysis, but I think I could run it on medium with bout 20 FPS...? anyone wanna correct me and kill my hopes? lol
I can run it on HIGH with DX9. Runs at about 20-40 FPS.
My Card:
Evga 8800 GTS 320MB
Its really slow when I installed vista and used DX10 and Ultra High.
There is no single card that can do Crysis on Ultra High.
You must have a dual card set up to do that. lol
Rikusaki
Maybe because Crysis doesn't have an Ultra High setting? Crysis has Very High, not Ultra, and an 8800GT/GTX/Ultra can run the game maxed at low resolutions like 1024x768.

LOL, all the big boys roll with Pentium Ds! Only time we are going to see a difference is in a benchmarking tool(3dmark,etc)? Funny that article was benchmarking in games, scroll through the list and it is at the bottom almost every time. LOL!
