But that was the point. It's convoluted for the sake of having unlocks and selling microtransactions, exclusive preorder content, and early access money bags.
You say varied, I say cynical and detrimental.
Um, what? Except the unlocks don't really change the game all that much. The core is pretty balanced for what it is. And, by the way, exclusive pre-order content is simply first day unlocks. You can still unlock that stuff by just playing the game normally.
You're just complaining to complain about modern day microtransactions, which don't really help this game at all unless you are a seasoned player. Even with all of the unlocks, a shitty player is still a shitty player. Unlocks don't automatically make a person good at the game.
You are arguing a point that is simply not true. In any way, shape, or form. I've seen level 140 players with everything unlocked that absolutely suck at the game, get low scores and horrible k/d on top of it.
The game is varied because it has 64 players, destructible environments, lots of vehicles including both land, sea and air, and is a class based shooter on a massive map.
None of what you said makes it convoluted at all, especially since you can unlock everything by just playing normally? Sure, you can't access some DLC stuff, but none of that is any better than what you already can unlock. There is no magical DLC gun that is better than all of the others. They are actually quite balanced for what they are.
So, are you complaining about the DLC or the fact that you can buy to unlock all weapons? Because your points are incredibly misguided.
The point is relatively simple. You're trying very hard to dance around it.
Which is unfortunate.
Looks like you just ran out of argument. That's a shame.
I've only really made one comment, which as mentioned was simple. That the series has morphed into unlocking items as a primary concern over team-play to promote microtransactions, day-1 dlc and console exclusive early access acting as booster packs.
That's fact, not an argument.
You = "b...b...bu...but., I like the game, you're soOooooOOO wrong", for 26 paragraphs.
