I think he'll be just fine. My guess is that in the era of Trump his listeners won't hold this against him for even a second. Once you have voted in a mysogynist/alleged rapist (child and otherwise) to be the leader of the country you aren't likely going to care if you have a few prominate defenders of such things in your ranks because you have already publicly declared that those things don't matter to you.

I wouldn't claim such a thing if the allegations didn't exist. Also, Trump has been accussed of sexual harassment or assault by at least 16 women.
