Which is all that matters. There wasn‘t any real expectation of finding evidence of fraud, these audits are simply long-game PR to keep the narrative going and to legitimize the Big Lie in the eyes of the public. Same with the court cases, and apparently, it’s working. Trump’s lie is taking grip over more Americans, polls indicate.

Republicans know what they’re doing. This isn’t about 2020, it’s about setting the table for 2024 and beyond by continuing to cast illegitimacy by these sham audits and lawsuits to make it easier to sell their case when the time comes for them to commit actual fraud.

Imagine that, the results didn't change much. It won't matter to Republicans. The goalposts will continue to shift in order to keep the Big Lie going.

If anything, the results show the former president performed worse than initially believed.

And not a single peep out of any republican on this board.

Yes, I was joking. The results were funny, but meaningless. This guys were "stop the steal" supporters. They had claimed election fraud long before they even started the audit. They made a ton of mistakes and even their hand counts of senate and Presidential votes dont add up.

Frankly, if you believe any of their claims is because you want to believe them.

From their lack of qualifications, their open bias, their lack of experience, everything about them screams untrustworthy.

Based on what evidence? Your CNN article of a recount? A recount isn't an audit. Fake media was going on a "leaked" report that came out before the results of the audit were released and have been passing that off as the audit results. It's not. They've discovered tens of thousands of ballots that should not have been counted. 17,000 duplicate ballots, ballots from previous addresses of people who moved away, ballots without signatures. The recount cited by the usual Fake News sources is still counting those. And that was in Maricopa county alone.

You should try to step out of your bubble some time.

Do you actually know what auditing entails because it doesn't seem you do. At this point you're just reciting the trump lies. Lies he knew were lies.

Auditing is done to determine if the ballots counted were all legitimate. Simply recounting them all, illegitimate included is NOT an audit, and according to those who have conducted the audit, around 50,000 ballots have been found with issues, thousands of those being duplicates of the same name, address, and signature as another ballot, and ballots from previous addresses of where the individual currently resides. And almost all of those sketchy, illegitimate ballots found were attributed to mail ins.

The MSM article who made that statement was going on a leaked document released before the audit hearings even occurred, and were reported on before the audit hearing had even occurred. So it doesn't surprise me that the media will put the leaked memo front and center while keeping everyone in the dark about what was actually said at the hearing.

I am actually center right and i am willing in other circumstances to listen to this kind of things, but the audit had way too many red flags. Completely partisan from the start, no one with experience or knowledge about the topic was hired to work there. Information was revealed in pieces before research was over to keep people interested.

And this is in the context of fraud accusations that are completely non specific in terms of what they are or their location, that are based on testimonial evidence that is equally all over the place. That conservative courts considered insufficient enough to be even start a trial. When lawyers representing trump would refuse to declare there was fraud when they were in front of the court.

And on top of that you have several republican representatives denying there was fraud and saying there is no ground for further investigation.

I am not in a bubble and i lean conservative but this is way too hard to believe.
