Here you go http://painkilla05.deviantart.com/art/Windows-2019-116245207I see some of the Rainmeter skins have some nicely presented info. The CPU, RAM, and virtual memory displays I see are great. I'm thinking about installing, but maybe some of you here could answer some questions first:
Is there a skin that will show CPU temps? I use a ASUS motherboard and currently just use their AI suit for this.
Is there a skin that shows GPU temps and MHz? Currently using NIVIDA's Ntuner.
If I could get all this info nicely shown on the desktop through one program it would lovely!
Also, any feedback on how you all like Rainmeter would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
P.S. there are some nice looking desktops out there...

You can use this one to monitor various temperatures. You'll need Speedfan installed and running.
Rainmeter seems to have really taken off lately in desktop threads!

Thanks for this link!
Yea, it does look like most of the desktops on this tread are running some version Rainmeter, but it seems to be a very versatile app with fairly small resource needs. It will probably be replacing 3 programs on my system if I can get all the above info showing accurately.
Again, any input from you guys on the programs pros/cons would be appreciated.
I don't get it...what's really the point of making your desktop look all fancy when it's about the one screen that you'll see the least of. I'm either gaming or on the web for something and I can't see my desktop....
I guess I just don't care.
My wife likes to change the desktop and put pictures of our daughter on it, but that's about it. I could care less....
I am having troubles for finding my City's Code for the weather rainmeter can anybody tell me how to know the codeDark_prince123
Go to www.weather.com and type your location into the search box. When you get to the weather for your city you will see the city code in the address bar, as an example I put in Denver (see pic below). That is what you need to copy into the rainmeter weather config.

It's much easier to find stuff on an orginized desktop then a clutterd one. :P

How do you get a menu like that happening, I like the idea of selecting a game that way.
It's called the Stacks Docklet and I use it with RocketDock. You can either organize things in a list like mine or a grid like SgtMoreless has above. It keeps the desktop relatively clutter-free, which is what I like about it. Search for it on the RocketDock site or deviantART.
