Wow dude, amazing screenshots. I need to send an email to my dad with these screenshots, he LOVES racing games.

Skyrim. Instead of fast traveling, I went on an adventure with a companion, starting from the east of Whiterun, through Windhelm up to the frozen wastes of Winterhold. Stopping at Inns, listening to bards, relaxing before a good night's rest.

Also, cheers wiseboi for the tip, I can finally have a decent quality 800 width screenshot.

Dropped 30K NX on my Vindictus character.....probably won't even play too much of the game.

here's a video of me completing the wintersday jumping puzzle in guild wars 2. pretty fun, easier than the mad king's tower without feeling too easy, still rather challenging. overall pretty fun.

also stuffed quaggans. name your price ANet.

In my opinion this how Skyrim should be played. The game is so much funner when u dont use fast travel.

In my opinion this how Skyrim should be played. The game is so much funner when u dont use fast travel.

It is definitely fun without fast traveling, like I'm on a Lord of the Rings adventure. I wish they had discouraged that somehow in vanilla Skyrim.

I'm gonna re-install the game with new New Vision 1.5 and thenew (it's ben 6 years since any release, and a new pack just released about a month ago) released HDTP beta to see if there's any problems. If all goes well, i'm gonna post some screenshots and comparisons.

Okei, seems stable. And the game will look much better with a good ENB config., which i have yet to add. HDTP Beta still has some bugs here and there, so i'm gonna have to play it extensivelly to see it's smooth sailing. If it is, it's gonna be time to edit my blog.

After playing GTA4 on the 360 for a while, it was quite a shock to play it on my PC again (I still haven't got the original GTA4 game working, downloading off of steam instead...)

They're both running 1280x720, but my PC game is much sharper, and runs much smoother. Plus, I don't have to rely on an unreliable auto-aim feature.

Just doing my part to rid Liberty City of drug dealers (that aren't me) and russian mobsters.

The ending is amazing. You will love it. I'm replaying it again just because I feel like replaying some of my old favourites before hitting up the Steam sales and getting some newer games.

Seriously. GTA4 looks so terrible on consoles. I can barely play it at minimum settings and 720p on my laptop (although turning stuff up doesn't seem to make it run any worse. I think my CPU is bottlenecking it), and still looks like a different game, compared to my roommate's PS3.

Now i've added ENB v0.0075eto Deus Ex, and tweaked it to suit my eyes. Besides that i haveNew Vision 1.5(final version) and the new HDTP Beta. Don't feel like adding anything els, this is gonna by my final version of the game which i'm gonna finish, yet again.

Starting in the boring looking port.. time to complete this mission in this bland environment as fast as possible to get to the good stuff.

That is just brilliant, i gotta do some deus ex xmas replay this week with all those mods. Enhacement is amazing, thou i prefer the more terminator-ish look of the normal character model.

I don't really bother modding it because I'm able to look past its awful graphics; its bad graphics are actually part of its charm in my opinion. :P Also, last time I tried modding it, it didn't work. :(

So these screens have finally convinced me to try out Deus Ex. Got it from greenmangaming for 2 bucks. Downloading now. Having never played it before, what mods should I use? don't want anything that alters the gameplay, but I want it to look nice. I'm downloading new vision 1.5 right now. What is HDTP?

Forgot how close I was to beating this game. Cannot contain my hype for the 3DS sequel next year.

CoH, held off the yankees for over an hour as the only player left vs. 4 others...I only had one tank and a few troops. I only succumed to them because I quit.

Loving these Aftermath maps. They look stunning and the gameplay is awesome. I also tried to finish the single player game but got stuck on "Rock and a Hard Place" because no stinger missile spawns when its supposed to. I still can't get over how awesome the lighting is in this game.

You only need three mods to get the graphical quality as above in those screenshots, and these mods are streamlined to be easy as hell to add.

After you've downloaded New Vision 1.5, installed it in your Deus Ex folder, and be sure to add Kentie's Launcher aswell which is a optional install in New Vision 1.5. Also add the DirectX10 or DirectX9 file which is also a optional install in the installer. (i love this installer, contains everything)

Start the game, so the .ini file appears in My Documents/Deus Ex.

After that, get the HDTP Beta 1 installer off here. Install it. Then get these three packs of HDTP and the hotfix, (scroll down a little) and follow the readme file including in the 01 zipfile. Don't start the game with the HDTP new .exe.

Start Deus Ex with the normal exe, and you'll get a nice menu thanks Kentie's Launcher. Enable all mods in the 'Data Directories' menu. Go to 'Configure' and pick your renderer. Either D3D9 Support or D3D10 Support.

You can also enable AA and AF trough the .ini file at the appropriate renderer your using.

There might be a couple of errors once you start the game. Don't worry. Just exit the game, and start it again. After that, everything is gonna work fine.

Now everything is perfectly in place. Time for ENB. Just download ENB from here, and add all the files to Deus Ex/System. You can then enable/disable the ENB enhancements with shift+F12.

Btw., if the AI is to easy for you, you can also add a wonderful gameplay mod called Shifter. Makes the game far harder due to the much better AI, plus a ton of gameplay balance.

The cool thing about HDTP is that a new option menu appears in Deus Ex trough which you can enable/disable what models you want in-game. Ex. if you only wants objects/weapons and not NPCs, you can do that. :)
