buried alive in a little box

Well for starters, I think drowning would be one of them. I mean I know I consider it one of the worst ways to go. (I seriously think we humans should be able to adapt to water and be able to breathe/survive in it, not suffocate.)
This. Drowning terrifies me.
I lost a friend from high school like this and it really bothers me that she must have been terrified before she lost consciousness.

Aw man, I'm sorry to hear that. :( It can be hard losing a friend, death is the worst, at least if they move away they're still alive, and although very slim usually, there is still a chance you can see them again.

It was a long time ago, I was a senior in high school when it happened. I'm not sure if I was afraid of drowning before or after it tbh.
Probably by having a classroom of children throwing canned goods at you.
LMAO, I saw that thread. What a ridiculous "solution".

This made me lol. Yeah, I wouldn't want to face that death either, would be much too embarrassing for me. :P
Being tortured by someone who cuts off parts of your body bit by bit, then stitches you up, keeps you alive, then when the pain is finally fading, they come back and cut some other piece.
Basically any death that isn't instantaneous I would consider scary.
This is truly the only correct answer when we all think about it.
Since when is that a way to die?
You are implying that claustrophobia was not a way to die but is now. No Greg, claustrophobia is not a way to die.

The nice thing about the human body and pain is that if it's experiencing enough of it, it will just give up and send you off into a blissful unconsciousness. But it takes a lot to pass out from pain.
