As long as we get full episodes of 7-9, I'm fine with spin offs. The more SW the better, IMO. Wouldn't mind a movie revolving around the old republic.

That's the kind of spin-off I expect, along the lines of the video games.

I personally think that the Star Wars franchise should be retired. The new movies won't be as good as the originals, and they'll most likely be on par with Episodes 1-3 which were  some of the worst movies ever made. It's time to let Star Wars rest in peace instead of milking a dead corpse.

So you're content with letting the Star Wars franchise get killed to the point that nothing can be done to save it? As much as I want Star Wars to succeed, It's not going to happen. If Episodes 1-3 are any indication of the direction Star Wars is going, then It's best I think to retire it and save some self respect.

Remember one very important thing: George Lucs will not be writing anymore Star Wars movies. That can only be an improvement.

True, the new movies can't possibly be any worse than Episodes 1-3 since George Lucas won't be directing. Still, It's not like the movies are going to instantly become good just because George Lucas isn't involved. I got burned by Episodes 1-3 so I'm not overly excited about new Star Wars movies.

The few things I know from the expanded Star Wars universe are from the Cartoon Network show, a couple of video and tabletop games and, more than anything, Wikias, but I actually like what I've been exposed to. So, yeah, bring those spin offs; my body is ready. 

I'm not sure how to feel about an origins of Han movie. But a Film revolving around the Fett, F* yeah. As long as they don't turn them into straight to DVD type films.

I actually would really love to see a SW film all CG. I found this vid made by a fan from all game cinematics and it solidified my belief that it could work.

If we get 1 out of 4 films that is truly special, I'd be happy. My childhood has already been pushed over and had sand kicked in it's eyes, so it's all up from here.

Disney: Release the Theatrical Cuts of the Origional Star Wars films on Blu-Ray. Then you will win me over.

Disney's history with spinoffs leaves me a bit worried.

I hope they are good. They can't exchange quality for quantity, even if that would probably make them much richer.
