I’ll start off with
Your turn
Everyone here is suppose to be Asian.
Everyone got cancer after it, god was not happy.
People still got offended for a plethora of things back then, they still do today. I would argue that it seems like people are more sensitive than any previous decade, if the news and social media is anything to go by. But that could be because we have the internet and voices are heard a lot more easily than before. I can think of Marylin Manson who offended many people, not just religious groups. Really any metal band had parents concerned about their kids, from what I can recall from my parents.
One movie I know people have said would not do well today is Tropic Thunder. I beg to differ, I think people would support it a lot more than when it originally came out. People aren’t like what the media portray. I have yet to meet anyone on my day to day business who acts like what the media has shown, with their yelling and discarding of intellectual reason. They’re there of course, but again, they’re the small, vocal minority.
That is funny. It make me think there is a lot of old cartoon with Bugs Bunny dressed like a woman!
This is very offensive to many people. But also stop showing the old cartoons is also offensive.
@mycatismilk: Yes Marilyn Manson made videos of backstage band poop in the litter box and another band member take the poop on a fork and eat it.
This would get a mixed reception in today's world. Still a catchy song.
Not a film, but a comedy sketch called Little Britain that features some offensive phrases:
I remember they changed Mr. PoPo blue for Dragonball Kai.
Not sure he's human, some weird elf thing. But I get it, very clearly a gollywog type design anyway cut it.
Not one of these Resetera freaks WHABLABLLBALJAHAHAHA at anything and everything in a big circle jerk of self-validation but Akira Toriyama def has some questionable shit.
Tropic Thunder
I know there's talk about it on the internet but I can't remember anything offending about it. Unless they think the Australians should be offended. Or just Russel Crowe.
It's actually meant to offend some people (and entertain most), but I think it deserves a mention:

Black face, Simple Jack, going full “r-word”?

Oh that ok :). I mean sure it doesn't suite everyone's taste but the whole idea was to make fun of those stereotypes, right? They didn't try to sell that as appropriate. But then again, yes, maybe that movie wouldn't be released today, at least not by a major company.
Little Nicky. It would be labeled as transphobic, because it makes fun of a trans person.
The Ringer starring Johnny Knoxville where he plays a disabled person to join the Special Olympics. It would hated cause of making fun of special needs even though it has special needs people in it.
@Litchie:We had Little Britain.
Interesting thing about this, the creators are far-left and one of them openly gay. Almost like a checklist of shit that would piss people off.
I guess any movie where the murderer is transgender. Silence of the Lambs, Sleepaway Camp, Ace Venture, Beneath the Valley of the Dolls.
Good ones. I'll just toss this in the pile: Dressed to Kill.
