I've lived in South America and Europe for a few years and agree that America is by far the best country! But far from perfect.

Every country has wonderful things about it. A lot depends on your attitude and outlook in life!

Which part of Europe as South America are all second world countries?

Spain, which is definitely a developed first world country and a wonderful place.

Chile, which is doing well, but not quite a first world country in my opinion. There was a lot of poverty all over and it didn't feel as developed.

I Have a friend who is all about Peru. Great place to visit, but I think he might want to live there.

A lot of those countries are developing well but I feel like they could destabilize at any time.
