im guessing you mean mario go kart, the N64 version? ... after about 10 ppl on this site telling me that the wii classic controller will work for gamecube games i went to gamestop to pick up a few games and a wii classic controller... but when i got home to play them the controller DOES NOT work. so i guess i have to get gamecube one now. sucks

oh man that does stink. yeah classic controllers only work with NES SEGA SNES TG16 and N64 games because the Wiimote is still able to be sensed by the WIi. But when it's in Gamecube mode the WIimote can't do a thing...

Ehh, I wouldn't want that game anyway, it was really bad in my opinion.

Let me guess, you're one of those forum users that decides to read the subject heading of a thread, and then jump to the very last reply, and assume that nobody is utilizing the thread for what it's for. And since ya love to hear yourself type, you post an idiotic reply, asking some question that is easily answered if ya just read the thread.

So, read the thread, you may find out why this is a "sticky thread".

and if you're too lazy to read, here's a quick explanation. It's updated because every week (or so) Nintendo releases a few games on the Virtual Console. And for those unaware, this thread it meant to inform them of the games that were released. It's made as a sticky because it makes it easier to find for the users here.

Like I said many many pages ago... I don't have time to keep this thread updated anymore and someone else is free to take over... just copy my information and add the updated info and post a thread and I'll get the mods to unsticky this one and sticky the new one.

why did you say pretty much the exact same thing I did then? I said I'd get the mods to unsticky it if someone wants to take over... why unsticky this without replacing it... this post... even if its not updated cuts down on new threads asking what came out.

Well, surprising to me, DKC2 comes out today on U.S. VC

Streets of Rage 2 is also out, but I'll probably not download it anymore thanks to Streets of Rage Remake (PC download and free).

Blazing Lasers seems okay, but yet another 2D shooter on VC, was this one good back in the day?

hehe .. thanks man ... after playing a couple GC games, i rather stick to wii games. i already got a couple VC games. when is MK suppose to come out?
