I am sorry if some of you refuese to reply. But I am of 15 years of age and currently and looking at buying a DS lite. But I am afraid that there maybe not that many games that would be appealing to me. I know I probably will get flamed for this. I was just wandering how old are some of you gamers that are enjoying your DS or DS Lite. I do have to say that the new additions to the pokemon family look awsome.
I'm 15 as well. I haven't gotten a DS game since Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin. FANTASTIC game by the way but I beat it...and online is kind of lame. Anyway, I'm waiting for Rune Factory (May 1st! Can't wait!), Tales of the Tempest, Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, and Dragon Quest 9. I'm considering getting Star Fox and Age of Empires because they are budget price but at the moment I'm hunting for GC games I wanted but never got. They're much cheaper now.
Yeah, Phantom Hour Glass really caught my eye. Thanl you both for your input. I alo have a PSP, but I just don tlike it that much. I am going to sell it with all of my games.
im 16 and i play mario kart, castlevania, and resident evil on the ds. you might say mario kart is for the kids but once you play you can't stop. simply put: ds appeals to everyone. and if people tell you otherwise, then they just don't know about video games.
I'm 27. DS is my system of choice. I enjoy playing more than the consoles. I'm old school though. And yes, I'm waiting for Pokemon D & P. They may be "kiddy" but they are addictive.
I'm 35 and still use my DS every day, mostly Clubhouse Games and usually Koi-Koi. My 56-year-old mother also has one.:o I showed her Wario Ware and she had to have it for herself!

I'm 25 and I play my DS more than any platform.The DS has a lot of good games like Metroid Prime Hunters, Castlevania:Portrait of Ruin,Starfox Command,Custom Robo Arena,and you also have the new Pokemon games on the way.You should get a DS you won't regret it.

I don't understand why we can't rent DS games. Its the most popular system you'd think that the would want to make money off of them. If you ever get the chance to play one, do it. You'll feel like a dork, but you will probably enjoy yourself. I'm not trying to give you a hard time, I just hate seeing people miss out a a good experience because they judge something without giving it a chance. Its a real shame.
