For me it was pac-man on Atari. It was on a cassette with 99games I think. Then came Mario on 8-bit and the first to beat on my own was Zelda on 8-bit.

The first home game I played was Defender on the 2600.

I seem to remember Scramble being the first arcade game I ever played, but I could be wrong. It might be Galaxian.

I'm not completely sure but I think it was either Batman on gameboy or Super Mario Land 1 on gameboy.

If not it was duckhunt on nes at my cousin's house.

Don't remember which of those came first.

Either Indy 500 or Breakout. We had Pong but I had no interest in it at the time. Space Invaders and Asteroids were my games back in the day.

Most likely Tibia. Still hold Tibia very dear to me but the community is rotten typical 2012 garbage community a la Youtube comments/Facebook. It truly was better "back in the day", at least in mmorpgs.

Must have been Simon's Quest on Tiger handheld, or the Donkey Kong monochrome arcade. At home, probably Pong.

when I was like 6 or 7 I got electric football for Christmas but my dad and uncle played it for the first couple days.

in college I bought the home pong when it first came out.

I did have the old Atari with membrane keyboard and the Galaxia and all those games.

the first game I really remember clear that I fell in in love with was Secret of Evermore on the famicom/SNES.

Some Xmen game on the SNES

You had different levels to play depending on the character you chose. Storm had levels that filled with water, Cyclops I think ran from some wall of lava, Wolverine had a platforming/action adeventure level set... can't remember the others.

First game I really remember in depth is Super Mario World though

It was either Super Mario World, Super Mario All Stars or Super the Empire Strikes Back.

The three games I had with my SNES not sure which one I played first.. I think it was All Stars. I loved those..that was probably one of the best star wars games ever released!

Not sure what the very first was but I started playing games when I was three on the PC before I got my SNES the same year. The first few games I remember were Wolfenstein 3D, Aquanoids, Duke Nukem, Duke Nukem 2, and Hocus Pocus. Played The Secret of Monkey Island with my dad at some point too.

Mario and Duck Hunt came together in one package. It was one of those games.
