I think the most I ever payed for a game was $64.99...... I don't recall what game it was.

$62.31 for Donkey Kong 64.

It was worth it for that free expansion pack.

Well I spent the most on World of Warcraft, over time. I think it was like 40$ when I first bought it, same with The Burning Crusade.. so thats 80$. And the game is $15 a month and ive been playing for 3 years. 36 x 15 = $540. So yeah, bout $620 so far :P

Me too. It was on DQ VIII. I was angry that it was for sale at $20 at other stores..

$150 for the Ace Combat 6 special edition that came with the Flight stick, throttle, game, and face plate.

i only paid $50 in my own cash, because i had a $100 gift card. but still, it was $150 + tax. the cool thing was I bought the only copy the store had, and now look at amazon.com. they are asking alot more than $150.

100 bucks for ogre battle 64! It was well worth it.

$80 for Turok:Dinosaur hunter when it first hit on N64

Well, I bought and played WoW for about three months before I decided I didn't have time to play a mmorpg, so that was probably $75 in all ($30 for game + 3 months @ $15).

Does anybody remember the name of that 3D fighting game that came out for N64? I don't know much about it, I just remember seeing it in stores for $99, and I thought that was insane.Cension

I knew few fighting games for N64. War Gods, Fighter's Destiny, Flying Dragon, Mace the Dark Age, and Bio F.R.E.A.K.S.

i think i paid about $100 for San Andreas just so i could be the first to own a copy (before it hit stores), also paid about $90 for Final Fantasy 9 on the PS and probably the most ive spent is about $115 for Castlevania: Symphony of the Night on the PS.

Ive had some crazy bargains in my time too so i dont mind getting ripped off on some games (paid $5 for a mint as new copy of Gabriel Knight SOTF, and about $10 for a mint copy of Grim Fandango).

Games are expensive here in my country.

- GTA San Andreas for $67 on it's launch week.

- Shadow of the Colossus (Greatest Hits) for $50 last Feb 2007.

Prices are not exact because the PhP-USD dfifference at those time are high. Now, PhP-USD is improving. :)

how far ahead of the official release date did u get San Andreas? I got it the week after it hit the stores for $40 (bought it from a friend that didnt like it).

all this talk about buying games is makin my wallet burn a hole in my pocket.......im off to look for games to buy now!
