I'd like to recommend myself. I've been a member of Gamespot for about 3 months, and in those three months I've written 24 Reviews. Now, when you look at my reviews, you can see that I give most of them very good ratings, but that's just because I like to review my favorite games and tell people how great they really are! My reviews give a good idea of what each game is about. I state their ups, and downs. I try to put in as much as possible for each review, and I like to learn by reading other user reviews, so that I can improve my writing as much as possible. I, wiiwillstand, believe that I am qualified for one of these new emblems.

Since everyone does it I will recommend myself too.

I write good revievs especially check God of War 2 review and Resident Evil 4 review. I even got one recommendation so I hope you will like my reviews and I wiil get at least 500 reviewers emblem.
I want to reccomend jediskilz173. I've used, or at least watched his reviews many times. He does great reviews, and he does video reviews as well, which are very well made. He has done quite a few reviews, don;t know exactly how many, and they have helped me. Plus, I've thrown him some messages asking about his reviews and such. He answers me promptly, and he has reasons for why he scores games the way that he does.

I have written a small blog entry about me ranting about poorly written reviews and now this thread appears and I must admit there are some good reviews out there! Sadly enough I don' like the games they review on. Oh well, you win some and loose some.

Speaking of this - I would recommend nightharvest and Skungy-Smith (if only he would write some more...)and me.

I think some people are missing the point here.
I've got 3 recommendations, and they are AzelKosMos, Thingol4 and fishdalf.
Hate to jump on the self-promotion bandwagon but I would like to recommend myself for consideration. I'm fairly new to the site in terms of registering and posting reviews etc. (though I have been visiting the site for years).
I always try and produce reviews that are considerable in length and detail, with hopefully a high quality of writing and analysis. I don't have many reviews up at all at the moment (only four in total) but hopefully they are indicative of a good quality of writing and game reviewing. Please check them out and see what you think:
My Tomb Raider Anniversary review (8.6):

My Final Fantasy 12 review (9.6):
http://uk.gamespot.com/ps2/rpg/finalfantasy12/player_review.html?id=460967
My God of War 2 review (9.1):

My Shadow of the Colossus review (9.6):

You'll notice that all four of these have pretty high scores, but it's because I've got quite a few games in my collection and prefer to start by reviewing some fairly recent games that I particularly enjoyed. I'm fairly generous with my reviewing, but never to the point of taking it too far - I can't think of a single game that I would ever give a full '10' to - nor am I likely to do so bar something really amazing and exceptional being released.
I've just finished my Twilight Princess review which I have been writing, which I have just posted up as well, so you may wish to take a look. It's my longest review yet, and I'm pretty pleased with it:

I recommend Arkansasboy91, cause his reviews are always very informative. And gamefreakwill, whose reviews are always to the point, and very nicely written.
I also recommend myself, because my reviews are not always lengthy, but I go for quality with them. My best ones are World of Warcraft and SOCOM US Navy Seals: Fireteam Bravo.
I'd like two recommended myself. With the two reviews that have been recommended MediEvil and Future Cop.
And I would also like to recommend , Franzkill who is quite new to the site but has already contributed so much! He has about5 reviews completed already. Here are two of his best (IMO), Otogi 2 and Burnout Legends.
Edit: I recently completed a review on 'Driver' which I'm pretty pleased with. Feel free to take a look. Thanks.
i would like to recommend my good friend mjk_1 he always seems to write good reviews and he always seems to get postive stats, i think has has written somewhere around 80 reviews. his late review being lego starwars
i would also like to recommend myself, here are two of my latest reviews Tenchu: Z and Bulletwitch
I would like to recommend myself.I spent like an hour writing this Review for pokemon diamond. Its also my first review in like a year and a half.

it says img, but the link works.
Its long, but a game like this cannot afford "the short and sweet" treatment.
Hope you guys enjoy it.
