A Stagnant Decaying Chocobo Stench
Even after 7 months of opportune time to update the game, and around 20GB later, the game is still the little fat kid who didn't get enough food at lunchtime.
While the graphics can wow anyone, most people won't even have a PC that can run this game, even if they are above the "minimum requirements" (or you can, but it will not be any fun waiting for the choppy sequences to eventually load up and trying to move through the world. If you do turn the graphics down to a lower setting so that it is playable, be ready for graphics that look like you literally ground up 3D renderings in a blender, and text that is so distorted you can't even read it.)
The controls are the worst out of any MMORPG that I have ever played and seems as bad as trying to play a guitar with mittens. Even if you do hook up a PS3 controller through USB and map the keys, you still have to set it down to type, the menu is till horribly laggy and chunky.
