A great re-release and a superb lost Fantasy

User Rating: 9.4 | Final Fantasy Anthology PS
Final Fantasy VI speaks for itself, and if you have never played this game, you need to go out and get yourself a copy of this game today and play it.

This is one of the classic SNES RPG's from the Golden Age of RPG's. I consider only Chrono Trigger a better game from this era. The story is interesting, the battle system is straight forward and pretty fun and the game will keep you tied up for hours on end.

The real find here is a release of a game that never made over to the United States, Final Fantasy V. Square did not think that North American gamers would understand or appreciate this game. Square, I love you, but you couldn't have been more wrong.

This game incorporates the Job System, where you can mix and match different jobs that appear during the game. I think that there are 22 jobs in all. Jobs, as you aquire job points, bring different and more powerful skills.

You can switch out old jobs and place new jobs to get new and better skills, then go back and mix the two together.

Leveling up your jobs can be a little tedious at times, but it's well worth it.

The music for this game is really, really good and I think that the music for this game is the most underappreciated in all of video games.

The difficulty is just right and some of the enemies are really, really hard.

If you are a fan of old-school RPG's, run out today and get this. You will not be dissappointed.
