As a early taste of Fable II, Pub Games delivers exactly what it promises; a chance to earn some gold and gear for the full game. A lot of people are complaining about the price, but apparently they weren't smart enough to just get it for free with a pre-order from Best Buy or Gamestop. Once you get the gambling mechanics down, it's quite easy to win tournaments and rack up gold and gear. The slots game is rather worthless and Keystone is a little complicated; stick with the Tower game and you can be up 20,000 within a couple of hours along with all of the bonus gear. The key is to recognize that it is ok to take a loss on a hand as long as you don't lose your full bet; once you get into the groove of proper betting, it's actually quite easy. Seems pretty fair for a free game............
