Well, after my first 2 days playing PES 2020 on XBOX ONE X at 4k HDR and 60FPS, i must admit that the game have several improvments over the last year's almost perfect version!
First of all the Gameplay was IMPROVED a lot, adding too many animation frames on each players movement, a more perfect and realistic movement sensation, like for e.g. the moment when you hit the face of a player with the ball when your are trying to kick a centered pass.
All the movements and gameplay was improved, the disputed balls, and crossings, the mark system, the moments when more than 2 players are fighting for the ball, and the BALL PHYSICS are almost PERFECT!
One point a found like a step back from last year's is the limitation to earn GPS outside of the MyClub Mode, now you can't win GPS playing the Training or Master League, that made the MyClub mode more difficult and Konami is trying to force people to buy MyClub Coins (i hope that the people don't do it) This point is not gonna be modified, then i gonna comment what i find bad this time, and want to be fixed soon...
Some Cheap Goals conceding my Goalkeepers, like when a CF receive the ball in the border of large area and it Turns and kick over a defender putting the ball near to the goal stick and the keeper can't reach it (always happening and some players are using that BUG? to ruin the game experience)
Other point to fix is the Brightness in HDR it is VERY BRIGHT! and on sunny fields it is a bit awful to be played!
Other item to be fixed is The Connection or Matchmaking issues on MyClub, when you find an oppnent the game runs fluid and almost perfect, but after a emergency maintenance of the September 10th sometimes it tooks over 5 o 10 minutes to find an opponent or rival, then i think that Konami must fix this ASAP!
In terms of new features, modes, etc. it includes lots of new game modes and features in each mode, but IMHO the licences, etc don't matter for me... CAUSE THE MOST IMPORTANT IN A FOOTBALL GAME, FOR ME IS THE GAMEPLAY AND TEAM PLAY, EVEN THE REALISTIC ON BALL PHYSICS! AND IN THIS TERMS, PES 2020 IS ALMOST THE BEST FOOTBALL GAME I EVER PLAYED IN MY LIFE!
JUST HOPE THAT KONAMI FIX THIS 2 OR 3 LITTLE THINGS TO JUSTIFY MY 10 POINTS REVIEW!
