Efootball PES 2020 making great strides forward

This seasons new installment of PES 2020, is brilliant, the graphics the game play and the realism are further improved from last year. I appreciate the effort made with the additional licences especially for one of my clubs. the realism in game-play is the best we have had in a football game. The passing the shooting and the tactics that must be used to score that goal. You work and deserve every goal you score. This is a football simulation with tons of fun to it, this game is for the true footballer in you, whether you prefer to play with every detail and tweak your team or not,it caters for both ends of the spectrum.

The passing is very realistic, in reality there are various factors that would influence you passing a ball from pitch conditions, player attributes, player skill, opponent pressure, direction you face, amount of power put into the pass...etc all of this is accounted for. This also applies for shooting and every other aspect of the game. the new camera angle needed some getting used to, as i prefer to be closer to the action, but it is a welcome new angle and does provide a good view of the pitch my only problem is that it does not switch quickly enough if a ball is cleared from a corner to see where its landed which in most cases can be solved by zooming out more. Master League has been changed and there are very good additions like the transfer options and negotiations that have changed making it an achievement to sign a player that you wanted. However I think there can still be more options added. The addition of Avatars is brilliant(Maradona etc)...but i also would like to recreate myself (well as close to myself) in the game as a manager.

My club is more or less the same as last season, a few minor changes here and there but nothing to note.

The negatives are like mentioned above not being able to recreate my own avatar in master league.

The inconsistent referee decisions with fouls etc.(lol actually maybe this mimics our real life refs even with VAR,so this could be accurate...lol)

Stadium camera angle moving too slow to catch up with game play, easily resolved though.

Commentary is the same two annoying culprits, please can we have more commentators, with more phrases, i can't stand the 2 of them in reality let alone in the game in every match.

on licensing, EVERYONE needs to realise that EA, the company, have billions of $ to pay and keep licensing, so Konami will not have the financial muscle to buy the licences we all crave, however i respect their approach in this seasons edition by bringing some of the big names. I believe that we would have a fair fight should both companies be able to use all licences then we would be able to compare apples with apples. PS gamers you are so lucky..able to import etc.

On the pitch, PES typical does its talking, excellent game-play, realism and providing entertainment throughout. The positives outweigh all negatives and make this one of the Best PES I've played.

To those of you who complain, this is a game for real footballers not "pass-sprint-shoot-goal", this a game for Gamers who use their footballing brain and knowledge to create and think and play the game as if they were on that pitch. Yet it will still entertain those of you who have never played and just picked it up and played, best of both worlds.

Thank you Konami for the ever evolving, realistic and brilliant PES series.
