It has been such a long time since a classic, old-fashioned, manual stealth like this has been introduced.

User Rating: 9.5 | Dishonored PC
My. The only word I could say to describe the richness of the game. An overly non-linear, conceptual structure breathes excitement and future joy every time you get your hands on it. Dishonored came at such a perfect time amidst all these new-gen titles who basically forgot what a game should be at the hands of a gamer. The art design is fantastic striking a painted-style, hand-sketched picture to its visuals, satisfying your childish fantasies. Shadows are embedded in the background, not dynamically produced, to further amplify the presentation. It brings an awe of wonder as you walk, climb and blink all throughout Dunwall.

The sound scope comes into play with its naturalized voice acting and subtle lines of dialogue. Characters seem what they are because of what they actually say. The story isn't that imposing, though with its bold characters it lifts you up, dropping you into a world so detailed and vastly reproduced you actually begin to approach things just like you would naturally do within the confines of the game.

Stealth is the essence, and you are stealth. The game breaks all current-gen norms in favor of a more traditional one. Remnant games like Thief, Hitman, and the Metal Gear series inspired this one mechanically, making a truly no hand-holding game for those old stealth enthusiasts. If I could only describe the feeling of blinking behind a soldier several floors below you, the skill absorbing your fall, and the eventual thrust he gets in such a swift manner. It is such of great pleasure playing the game. It a classic title to be released in the recent generation.

Whatever the cost, whatever the risk, do not dare letting this game go. It is worthy of all the acclaim. So fit to be praised. Dishonored shines through with almost no defects, marking a quality so darn high it inspires you as spend all your time you with it.
