The first Dirt was great but for me it was a bit too samey and it lacked some ooomph... or something anyway... They made Dirt 2 and here it is, Dirt 2 has probably got some of the Best graphics and lighting ever seen on a racer, its simply beautiful and when you go through puddles in cockpit view... when the highly detailed water obstructs your view, you understand how amazing this truly is, the gamplay feels just right, its like fighting with the car at high speeds which is great as its rally orientated and muddy tracks are not forgiving, meaning that pulling off that awsome drift to overtake a annoying opponent makes your race. The game is long enough to keep you happy a good month gaming before you put it down and with online which is great fun at time and there is no lag throughout, though i never encountered it. The modes feel well chosen and there is plenty to do. The problems are online on ruckus and so on, it can get a bit hard to keep on the track at times with pile ups being a must at the start of a race and the track amount isnt as many as i expected and many are just repeated but backwards or two fitted together. Apart from a few niggles its a great driving game which needs some playing if you love getiing dirty in knee deep muddy tracks.
