I managed to throw money again this time, I let myself cheat, then I deserve it.
Despite having used a high-performance PC (GTX 980), and I had set everything in Ultra mode, in most cases I found myself with gruesome textures in Quake 4 style (2005), and interpenetration worthy of Lara Croft ( https://youtu.be/CiC2cUwZiAw?t=64 ).
History more obvious that you could, developed in about 4 hours of play (with side quests), concluded my despondency.
