The story is very unique, yet you find yourself going through it again and again. The story is also hard to follow in the way the game presents it. It would make story for a novel, but it is still good as a game. The amount of weapons is amazing and throwing coats, seeds and boxes at enemies is just fun. The combat system is good as well, though rather bland. Without a true level system, the game is skill or luck, but it keeps it interesting. It is really easy to get into this game and has good immersion for most of the game. Some parts of the story are rather hard to understand, but are usually explained later through one way or another. The characters of this game are very diverse, though some are slightly too shallow, most are quite complex. Would love to see many more games like Baroque.
