Red Dead Redemption's 'Legends and Killers' pack dated
First of four planned DLC packs hits August 10, features nine new multiplayer maps, tomahawk weapon, new achievements/trophies, and Red Dead Revolver characters.
Last month, Rockstar Games cut its San Diego studio's headcount by 40, announced it will hunt down cheaters, and revealed its intention to bring four distinct add-on packs to the Western's world. Today, the first move in that content endeavor was dated, as Rockstar pinned down an August 10 release for the Legends and Killers pack.
The content packs in nine new multiplayer environments, a tomahawk projectile weapon, fresh achievements and trophies to earn, and eight multiplayer characters from 2004's PlayStation 2 and Xbox title, Red Dead Revolver.
The Legends and Killers pack follows the cooperative Outlaws to the End mission pack, which was released for free in late June on Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network. In the coming months, Rockstar will also launch the Liars and Cheats Pack, The Free Roam Pack, and the Undead Nightmare Pack.
The Legends and Killers Pack hits Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network on August 10 for $9.99 (800 MS points).
