Pokemon Go Daily Bonuses Hope to Get You Playing Every Day

Niantic will soon provide players with a new reason to play regularly.

A forthcoming Pokemon Go update will attempt to ensure you play the game every day through the addition of daily bonuses.

Unlike those seen in some games, these bonuses will ask more of you than simply opening up the app and tapping a button. Instead, you'll need to perform certain tasks--catching a Pokemon or visiting a PokeStop--in order to earn these rewards.

There's no release date set for the update as of yet; developer Niantic only say it'll arrive "soon."

Just recently, the game featured a Halloween event that helped to boost it back to the top of the iOS App Store's highest-grossing charts. It also received a pair of updates that didn't do a lot, except to make some improvements to eggs.
