How to Play Star Wars Battlefront Before It Launches

Star Wars Battlefront is slated to arrive on November 17, but you don't have to wait until then to play the much-anticipated sci-fi shooter. Xbox One owners with an EA Access membership can start playing on November 12, and a day later, Walmart stores across the United States will let shoppers play it early.

This is happening as part of Walmart's "Epic Weekend" promotion. From November 13-15, more than 3,000 stores across the US will have the game playable for shoppers.

In addition, Walmart stores will be decked out with special Star Wars decorations, including Millennium Falcon starships and other displays featuring the Rebel Alliance and Galactic Empire. Not only that, but the Walmart-exclusive Disney Infinity 3.0 Star Wars PS4 bundle will be available to buy.

Finally, Walmart has shared a list of 12 Star Wars items that will be sold exclusively at the retailer. The list includes the Darth Vader Edition PS4 controller, numerous Disney Infinity items, figures, Lego sets, and more. Battlefront officially launches on November 17 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. That's about a month before JJ Abrams' upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens comes to theaters on December 18.

On top of that, the Batltefront's Trophies/Achievements list has been revealed, while EA has also confirmed the game's file size on all platforms.
