Fortnite's Music Gets Heavier With This Great Drum Cover

Fortnite's music as you've never heard it before.

If you've played Fortnite you're probably familiar with its music, but a new drum cover puts a meatier, heavier spin on the tune.

Drummer Andrew Fleming has posted his latest video game drum cover, this one dedicated to Epic's hugely popular battle royale game. The drum cover is top-notch, with Fleming adding fast-paced fills and double bass sections to pump it up. The fill at 1:15 is probably my favourite.

Fleming plays in the band Islander, which has toured with groups like Slipknot and Skillet. Islander was on this year's final Warped Tour before getting a little too rowdy and getting booted off the bill. Fleming also has a Patreon that you can support.

Fleming has posted many video game drum covers in the past. Before this, he crushed the Pokemon Red/Blue music and the "Battle Theme" from 2001's Final Fantasy X. In 2016, he performed a rippin' Sonic "Green Hill Zone" drum cover, and before that he nailed th awesome Destiny drum cover. You can watch all of Fleming's videos on his AF Drums YouTube page.
