A unique game-play that differs from its brethren console

User Rating: 8.5 | Army of Two: The 40th Day PSP
Army of two the 40th day (PSP) was surprisingly good. If you are looking for a game that allows you to upgrade and customize your weapons and load out, with an interesting story this is a game for you. The only disappointing moments were:
Your partners AI is extremely low, he would get stuck behind something constantly, leaving you alone when you're about to die, and the weapons menu. The enemies have a low AI but if your facing a Juggernaut its AI is moderately high. You would set your partner in aggressive mode to take all the aggro so you can sneak up behind the juggernaut, but after shooting a couple times it realizes its being flanked so it would start shooting you, witch made this game add a little strategy into the mix. The story of Army of two the 40th day allows you to choose what will happen in the future by choosing a good or bad morality choice. The guns are customizable but only in upgrade form, so you can only upgrade its ammo capacity, damage, and rate of fire. Its a fun top-down shooter game, that has a deep but short storyline, with at least 10 hours or less of game-play without completing all the achievements. By finishing the game by choosing all good morality choices you can play as Isaac Clarke from Dead Space, or by choosing all bad morality choices you can play as Dante from Dante's Inferno. All in all it was a fun game that had a decent customization process that had me coming back for more, shooting up guys with upgraded weapons was a delight. If your looking for a game to play with a friend online or just plain solo shoot em up with customization and story this game is for you.
