Sarge's Heroes is one of the best 3rd person shooters for the N64. No clue how Gamespot gave it a 4.2??!?! The gameplay in singleplayer is great for any N64 game, but the multiplayer is where the real fun is at. If you have 3 nostalgic friends, you could easily spend a boring day on this game. The graphics are pretty nice for its time. Some of the character models shine and textures aren't as dull as alot of releases at this time. Overall, if you own an N64 and are looking for a good 3rd person shooter, picking up its far superior sequel Sarge's Heroes 2 would be a great idea, but this game is still superb.
