X-Men Origins: Wolverine is an awesome game, as awesome as the movie, if not better.

Like I said, X-Men Origins is an awesome game. We all know most movie based video games usually suck, big time. But you certainly will not be disappointed with X-Men Origins: Wolverine. It's by far the best X-Men game, as well as movie based.

In X-Men Origins: Wolverine, X-Men fans finally get to see how James Logan, AKA: Wolverine, gets his Adamantium claws. As well as his amazing story through time, and how he came to be as he is, leading up to how he became an X-Men.

"Logan, AKA Wolverine, was a member of an elite military strike force known as Team X. Joined by other mutant soldiers such as his own half-brother, Victor Creed, Logan followed the orders of Col. William Stryker - until one fateful day when those orders went to far. Logan took the opportunity to pursue a normal life and retreated to the Canadian wilderness, settling down with Kayla, the love of his life. The next six years were the happiest of his life... until the death of Kayla at the hands of his own flesh and blood. Bent on revenge, Logan accepted an offer from Stryker to receive the "tools" necessary to defeat Victor. Without knowing the colonel's nefarious ulterior motives, Logan allowed for his entire skeleton to be coated with the indestructible metal alloy known as Adamantium - including the lethal claws the project from his hands. The time has come for Logan to exact his vengeance."

The game follows the movie's story very well, as well as it's characters. The game also has the original cast such as Hugh Jackman,Will. I. Am., Liev Schreiber, etc, as the voice actors. In movie based games, that is always a plus!

X-Men Origins: Wolverine is you're basic beat'em up adventure game, but with very cool moves, epic battles, and awesome cinematics. Wolverine has some awesome moves in this game such as the Claw Spin, Claw Drill, Claw Cyclone, and the new Berserker mode. All of them are equally awesome, and incredibly fun to use. There is also a leveling system in the game for Wolverine. You can get experience points by fighting enemies, and finding Dog Tags throughout the game. The achievements are fairly easy, as can be expected for a game of this genre.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine is by far, my favorite movie based game. The Wolverine movie, is also one of my favorites. Both are awesome.
