Thief - Now Playing

This is how I play Skyrim.

Do NOT play first person games with a keyboard and mouse (unless you play for competion and need speed)..

the movements are often just not as round and smooth when straving, turing, aiming, moving... to trully enjoy the grafix and envirment

(and game like Skyrim or Dishonred are ruined like that)

at least the guy here is really trying to move (strave...) smooth as possible (at times..), cause it's more for "demo" reason..

but when you see players really playing such 1-person games with a keyboard and mouse it's often too jerky and fast

(like TotalBiscuit.., watching him gave me a headache..)

you can turn off the focus stuff and on PC it looks like it runs awesome with negligant loading times, that you barely notice if you have the hardware. This game looks better than the review says it is., theres many people on the planet that are enjoying it.

Also on the higher difficultys the Ai does spot you.

OK so the guy has eagle vision and enemies glow blue. Wow - yeah, that's original alright.

Hahahaha Thief going under 10fps on PS4! What a joke now im definetly buying a Xbox One

this shows that 1080p vs 720p is not very important. xbox one holds a much better fps in thief. where as ps4 version drops to nearly single digests from 30 fps during times of intense action. when a game hits 15 fps n lower its unbearable to play. i would sooner have a more stable game at 720p than 1 that is unbearable at 1080p... where is this 'room to spare' on ps4 when bf4 is most impressive game on ps4 visually and its only 900p... it just proves the 1080p debate is over blown.

Yeah! This game is closer and closer to me:D Iwill be play on this soon, very soon:D

i like how they always act so nice about the game when they sit next to its designer.. than when they review it they blatantly say how shit it is

I'm not a big fan of first-person open world games for the exception of Borderlands and Skyim. Plus, I think this would get boring pretty fast. I'll wait for the South Park game next week.

Can I like.. slay my enemies instead of hitting them with a stick? (or whatever that is)?

So someone clarify this for me: As far as I can guess from listening, Thief in an open-world game of sorts? Since he did mention side-quests and a city...

Hopefully it will be a larger game and not like...I don't know.. Being a little closed off. What I remember from Deadly Shadows is that the game was indeed open, but honestly I felt that the world was a little...Small in some respect

No controller layout support for us lefties, no sale! Shame though ... it looked promising.

'Water arrows' always bugged me - was hoping they'd change them to something more physically probable. Looks promising though; Ord asked some great questions, just a shame they weren't all directly answered!

Friend of mine had a leaked copy for 360.....canceled my preorder.

I think i will just simply rebuy the old ones on steam.

I have zero interest in this. Looks dull as dishwater. Roll on Dark Souls 2.

Well i'm satisfied that VanOrd is going to review this game, he's the best reviewer on Gamespot.
