Sonic 3D Blast is the Sonic Team’s first attempt at a three-dimensional game for Sonic. The game is exceptionally fluid and the control is tight. The gameplay is similar to that of Mario 64, but the objective is much simpler. I think that this game was well done, but since it is really one of the first of its kind it seems awkward to some. Graphics are clean, and the music is standard Sonic thoroughfare. The mini-games are well done and get challenging yet are still simplistic. This game is some of the good things about the early Sonic series but in three dimensions.
