Edit: I'm up to Chapter 5 now and frankly loving every minute of this. There is so much style and originality in here.

This game reeks quality from the first seconds and is beautiful in concept and execution throughout. I'm taking my time through this, soaking up the atmosphere of it all. Even the occasional interrupting fight sequence is stylish and satisfying, particularly the boss fights. It is rare to find so many original concepts in one place, and these fit together perfectly to make you sit back and wonder for the future of augmented reality. The attention to detail of the surroundings, and the overlaid Sensen information is breathtaking, and I've made sure I stop at every corner or shop to absorb it all.
People are moaning about the camera angles, but this is choreographed like a film, so the director has limited the camera control somewhat to reflect that. Its not supposed to play like a third person shooter, more that it is filmed for dramatic effect.
Ignore the poor reviews. This is a class act and I'm just glad I pre-ordered before all the negative press or I might have missed it.
