The love child of tedium, bad camera angles, and bad controls.

I wanted to like this game, but it just frustrates me. Overall, I thing the game should begin its description "Warning: horrible console port".

First of all, there is no interaction with the environment. Be it vendors, citizens or random boxes you cannot interact with them in any way. The platforming Initially reminded me of an uninspired Prince of Persia clone. That tiny bit of fun faded away quickly into a series of uninspired climb this/ jump here commands you have to follow like a robot.

The fighting in equally boring. From the videos I initially thought the fighting system would be something like Batman Arkham City or Oni. Although there is some slight customization in the combo setup, it comes down to repeatedly pressing the same punch-kick-punch combo over and over. The system reminds me of the punch-punch-kick style of fighting from old uninspired beat'em up games.

The worst part is the camera and controls. You do not control the camera. It seems to randomly swing into the most awkward positions. If fighting near a wall you might find that the camera is now positioned in front of your character or positioned very close to the enemy's back. This also seems to randomly change the function of the movement buttons. Example: With the camera behind the character facing the enemy directly in front of me I press right + dodge. I expect to dodge right but quite often I dodge forward, or as on one occasion left.

There also seems to often be a button press delay. From a dead stop it occasionally takes so long to dodge that I can press the button 2 or 3 times. Also, after doing a "dodge/cartwheel" motion you cannot move for half a second after the animation ends which means you quite often get hit by a follow up attack. They seem to be trying to copy the fighting system from Batman AA and AC. However, it's as if they took the alpha code from those games and decided that it was good enough.

In fact, the entire games screams that it needs another year of development.
