The mention of the 6 Mio bonus is weird, I mean this guy most have lost WAY more through the plummiting stock price after release. Think he was among the richest Poles for a few days and then poof gone

It really is a great show. My daughter started watching and it got me hooked as well. Not only is it entertaining and educating for kids, I also feel this show animates me to be a great dad. I can 100% relate to Blueys parents and their positive energy and way of handling family life is inspiring

Totally missing the Octopus Dad episode on this list though

@guudgidga: Well, I did check some reviews now. Independant from each other, from Nerd/Gamign sites to acclaimed movie critics both from the US and EU and Gamespot is the only one not saying Masterpiece. And honestly Gamespot obviously always tries to rank low to seem to be extra critical. Problem is they are not coherent with that and every now and then rank utter garbage way too high like Pokemmon Sword and Shield (which hanks higher than the phenomenal Forbidden West, which has to be a joke). I realized my taste greatly differs from Gamespot's lately. Most likely they don't care since I still come here to gather info, but I couldn't cvare less about their grades. They have been repeatedly off for me (except Dune)

Giving this the a worse score than Pokemon Sword and Shield just show how broken your rating system is, sorry. I know different reviewers, but if the scores are not comparable, what good are the scores? Forbidden West is obviously by far the better product. Played it all day, can't say too much yet (getting strong 10/10 vibes so far). But that much: I had a crisis-like moment. Seeing this game in 4k on a big screen was the beiggest wow effect I had in decades. Especially the grass, god that is so dope.

Its not a bad score, but this game sure feels a lot like a masterpeice that raises the bar for open-world games to come. That obviously inferior games score higher here, just makes your score system obsolete...

Did those people not see the trailers? The Emo hair is different on Bruce, but goddamn does Pattinson nail being in the suit. How he moves, every Pose is pure perfection. He got this.

Also from an old-timer: I hated when DiCaprio stared in Titanic. If you were a young teen like me when that movie dropped chances were your female friends made you watch this movie over and over. Goddamn, how I hated it and Leo. Fast forward to today and I can say without a doubt that Leo is one of the my all-time favorite actors. Give second chances you might be suprised...

It comes down to what you expect. FarCry is like fast food to me, I can absolutely say that I have a true appetite for it from time to time, but I know its not the best food out there. Works for me :)

I really enjoy the game so far. Yara is a beautiful setting, both in terms of environment and culture. Dani is easily the best Far Cry protagonist to date, bringing some fitting and loveable personality. The weapons and some of the insane vehicles are a a ton of fun and the story missions are a blast as well.

I wish there would be some sort of survival mode though. There are so many potentially fun elements with the variety of gear and customization that could make for great gameplay. Unfortunately the game is soooo casual, that the systems don't matter. There is no need to plan anything ahead, since you can just change you whole equipment mid-fight, which is especially op in terms of Supremos.

If it were up to me I'd scale down the spawn rate of enemies and predators in the open (still some hostage situation, shooting and/or predator attack every 50m of road), but make the need for planning ammo types and equipment for combat more meaningful and make the AI a little tougher.

Overall this is the Far Cry I have enjoyed the most from the last games so far. My biggest gripe is that there is an even better game in there, but Ubisoft watered it down with their overly focus on accessibility. There is hoping they will add a more difficult mode later down the line though. For so lang I can absolutely simply enjoy the casual open world action.

Played through nightmare with my Sorc so far and luv it. Totally brings me back and reminds why D2 was the game with my most game time until D3 kinda ruined my hype for the franchise.

While I don't think that the reviewer's cristicisms are invalid, I really have a hard time with the score. This game stays very true to the original and to me thats the only way to relive D2. D2 was a hardcore game, even back in the day. In the past 20 years games have become way more casual. Thats okay, but a casualized D2 is not D2.

A german reviewer made a fitting analogy with music: 20 years ago Metallica was very popular. Today Billie Eilish is. They are both great, but if you listen to a remaster of a Metallica album, you don't want Billie Eilish to sing it, you just want better sound quality. And to me thats exactly what Resurrected delivers. Its old-school D2 with beautiful modern graphics.

I wouldn't mind having some more optional QoL features (like hotbar for KB), but downgrading this game because it stayed true to the original doesn't sit right with me. Especially since the biggest QoL improvement (you can now kill the cow king without ruining your save) is in.
