Idiots indeed. They received my console on the 7th and I called to see what is going on. The people I talked to could barely speak English and with all the background noise I couldn't understand half the stuff they said. Now I have to wait until Friday before they will tell me what the status is and I got a new order number. Micro$oft service is really making me mad.
