@insloanwetrust Great points. This review does seem quite harsh, when other reviews seem too soft. I'm really looking forward to getting this game, in a week or so. Dark ARPG's are few and far between, so regardless of one site's review, I'm still going to play it, and most likely enjoy it.
@rarerichz I was thinking the same thing. I feel like certain games get too high of reviews. For example, Dark Souls 2. I found those games to be unrewarding, and tedious. Just my opinion, though.
@KamuiFei I am really disappointed to read all of this. This looked exactly like the game I had been waiting for: a dark, action RPG that had a world shaped by my choices. All these little mistakes ruined what had so much potential to be great. Hopefully they add a few patches to it; I really want to see this game be all it can be.
Yes, it will save them the trouble of taking it out of the box and throwing it in the closet. A controller is integral; a motion sensing, gimmicky peripheral is not.
Many of the features it offers are things many will never use, or just flat out don't care about. Motion gaming and voice commands hold zero interest for me, especially not for an extra hundred dollars. However, i see it as a matter of principle at this point.. Why would I want to buy a console that is forcing a peripheral on me?
