Amazon do a week of deals in the UK for black friday, hopefully we'll see the same deals over here. I want to pick up a Vita and AC3 liberation.

*facepalm* it annoys me that the gaming calendar is based around the release of the same game every year, all I ever here about is "the new cod is out soon" great go waste your money on a game that came out 5 years ago. The lack of of innovation or general change to these games is just disrespectful to the fan base, but then the fan base is just a mind controlled consumer so it's not like they deserve respect in the first place.

Sounds fair, if you want to homebrew perfectly fine just don't bring it into the online environment where not everyone has homebrew applications.

until the price is actually decent for digital downloads I'm sticking with retail, it annoys me that a boxed game that cost more to package and ship can cost more the a digital download once the physical media disappears it seems logical that the price should drop

@Blackwand @kiramasaki FFX isn't a HD remake it's just an update like the MGS HD packs or God of War. So they are using something they have already built with voice overs and all of that and putting a HD coat on it. With FFVII they would have to completely start from scratch and redesign the whole game to work with the current gens graphics it's not as simple as just working with an already created product like FFX.

There's nothing worse than a dragged out franchise. I don't agree with him saying the last good game was twin snakes.... as every MGS game has been above average to amazing.

Rather pretentious from Epic Games, but if they can get amazing graphics like that they can be as pretentious as they want :P
